The revelation comes from retailer Box (via SamMobile), offering detailed pricing information for a bunch of accessories meant for the three tablets. The prices are in GBP, though it’s safe to say it won’t be too different in other markets. First up is the Galaxy Tab S8 Protective Standing Cover, which will set users back by £38.99 ($52). Samsung will also sell the Protective Standing Cover for the Galaxy Tab S8 Plus and Ultra variants, charging £47.99 ($64) and £58.99 ($78), respectively. Meanwhile, the Book Cover for the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will cost £73.99 ($98), whereas the Book Cover Keyboard for the same tablet will set you back by £248.99 ($330). Unsurprisingly, the Book Cover Keyboard accessory appears to be exclusive to the Ultra variant of the Galaxy Tab S8.
The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will feature dual front cameras with a camera notch
From what we’ve learned so far, the Galaxy Tab S8 will feature an 11-inch LCD screen. However, the Galaxy Tab S8 Plus and Ultra will sport 12.4-inch and 14.6-inch AMOLED displays, respectively. Despite the different display sizes, all three models will offer S Pen support, HDR10+, and a 120Hz display refresh rate. Another common feature among the three tablets is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Furthermore, all three tablets will feature dual rear cameras. The Galaxy Tab S8 and the Galaxy Tab S8 Plus will offer a single 12-megapixel front camera. The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, on the other hand, will bring dual 12-megapixel cameras on the front lodged inside a camera notch. All three tablets will be sold in cellular (5G) and Wi-Fi-only models. Being the largest of the three, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will use an 11,200mAh battery underneath. The standard Galaxy Tab S8 and the Galaxy Tab S8 Plus will settle for 8,000mAh and 10,090mAh battery packs. As you would imagine, Android 12 will be running on all three tablets at launch with One UI 4.1.
